These terms govern the use of the Peinards landing site and its waitlist. The application’s own terms of use will be provided at launch.
Purpose
The site presents Peinards, a forthcoming application connecting healthcare professionals for replacements. It lets you discover the service and join the waitlist.
Joining the waitlist
Signing up is optional and free. By providing your email address, you agree to be contacted about the app’s launch, under the conditions described in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The trademark, logo and site contents are protected. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. The publisher cannot be held liable for temporary unavailability or inaccuracies in information provided for guidance only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts of city shall have jurisdiction.
